Quality Policy

The main activities of Zarmen FPA Sp. z o.o. are the production of open-die forgings and the provision of services in the field of heat and mechanical treatment of metal products for the needs of domestic and foreign industry. The overall objective of Zarmen FPA Sp. z o.o. is to ensure sufficient quality and competitiveness of its products and services to guarantee satisfaction of Customers’ needs and expectations as well as to gain and maintain their trust, guaranteeing company stability and a strong position in the market. The quality of products and services is ensured by implementing a management system compliant with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2009, using the best knowledge and good professional practices.

In the sense of responsibility for the quality of products and services provided, meeting the certification requirements of the quality management system, the Top Management of Zarmen FPA Sp. z o.o. pursues set objectives, maintaining a high level of quality of products and services and a high level of competence by:

• engaging all employees in working on maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009,
• identifying needs and expectations of current and potential Customers and addressing them in order to provide products and services compliant with their requirements,
• adapting offered products and services as well as manufacturing conditions to current legal requirements,
• obtaining feedback on the level of satisfaction of Customers’ needs and expectations concerning products, services, and cooperation,
• employing staff with necessary professional competences and providing employees with an opportunity to improve their qualifications and professional skills,
• raising the employees' awareness of quality requirements and safe performance of work by means such as a system of planned training and motivation,
• cooperating with qualified suppliers within the scope of continuous improvement of the quality of supplied products that are important for the quality of final products offered by Zarmen FPA Sp. z o.o.,
• control and analysis of the achieved level of quality of products and services at all stages of production and supporting operations (marking, maintenance, storage, loading),
• active participation of the Top Management of Zarmen FPA Sp. z o.o. in setting and achieving quality objectives,
• periodic reviews of the quality management system and the quality policy to ensure adequacy and effectiveness of implemented system solutions from the point of view of the management strategy of a Customer-oriented Company.

The President of the Management Board of Zarmen FPA Sp. z o.o. obliges all employees of the Company to read, understand, and observe this quality policy and to take actions within the scope of their duties and authority in order to improve the management system compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 and the quality of products and services offered.
